GENERAL
The first step is to create an account and complete your Style Consultation. Next, you can Order a Box and let us know what you’re looking for in your next Box. Then your Stylist will go out and shop for you. After a couple weeks, your Stylist will ship your Box to you. Once you receive the Box, you have 3 days to try everything on and choose what you want to keep. Return whatever you want by the 6th day. Make sure to ship back whatever you don’t want to avoid being unnecessarily charged. We’ll charge you for the items that you keep. Whenever you’re ready for another Box, simply request one on the Order Box page.
About 5-10 items will be sent to you depending on what you ask for in your Order Box request.
Send it back with the prepaid label we provide. On occasion, we are able to find a different size but since each Box was personally shopped for and the turnover rate at the stores we shop at is high, we may not be able to find a different size.
On some occasions we are able to make an exchange for a different size. However since each Box is personally shopped for, we can’t guarantee a size exchange.
If you need more time than the 3 days after you receive the Box, just let your Stylist know and we’ll work with your schedule. Be sure to let them know before the 3 days to avoid being incorrectly charges.
Great! Simply let your Stylist know that you plan to keep everything and we’ll send you an invoice. If you buy the whole Box, you get an additional discount.
Nope. You get to choose which items you want to keep and simply send back whatever you don’t want with the prepaid label we provide.
No, we are not. We’ll send you a Box as often as you order one. You can set up a recurring Box with your stylist.
It takes about 1-3 weeks to put together a Box. You'll receive a shipping confirmation as soon as your Stylist ships out your Box. It generally takes about a week at most for the Box to arrive to you.
All of our clothes are sourced from well-known brands and your personal stylist is just a call, text, or email away. Also, all of your clothes will be priced below retail cost.
We offer returns on items that have been unworn and that have the tags attached within 14 days of your purchase date. You are responsible for the return shipping cost.
Sure. You can order a Gift Card by emailing us at dappercrewstyle@gmail.com or let your Stylist know that you’d like to order a Box for someone.
Your stylist is available via text, email and phone calls.
We encourage as much communication with your Stylist as possible. The more you communicate, the better we get to know your personal tastes and style.
We include a return label in your Box. If you happen to misplace it, simply let your Stylist know and we can email you another one.
Yes we have the option of a variety of different amounts on the gift card page.
PRICING
All the clothes are below retail cost. At minimum, you’ll save at least 20% off retail.
Our personal stylists have been trained on when to find the best deals. They go out to shop for you and find these deals and pass them off to you!
Shipping is free both ways. We include a prepaid label for any returns you may have.
The credit card you used when you signed up will be charged after your 3 day trial period. We'll check to see if any items were returned, if so, we'll charge you once we receive the items back at the warehouse. Please note: prior to shipping your Box, we will run an authorization on your card. This is not a charge that will appear on your card but simply an authorization to verify that your card is valid and has sufficient funds.
The Style Deposit is not refundable but it does go towards any purchases you make.
No, each Box requires a separate Style Deposit.
CLOTHING
Our stylists shop at a variety of stores, malls, and shopping centers to find you the best deals. Some of the brands we go to are Banana Republic, Gap, J.Crew, Uniqlo and many more.
Our sizes are dependent on the various brands we shop at but we generally have XS-XL and pant waist size 28-36. We do our best to accommodate all shapes and sizes!
